As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Ph.D., LCSW) I am here to support you with care that is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. I believe that healing is possible when you are met with empathy, dignity, and the right support at the right time.
My approach to counseling is holistic, honoring your mind, body, and spirit. You already carry strength and wisdom within you. My role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with those parts of yourself and move toward the life you want to live.
I draw from person-centered therapy methods, which means you and your experiences come first. I prioritize trust, deep listening, non-judgment, and a collaborative relationship. You are the expert in your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and reflections that align with your values and needs.
Whether you’re working through stress, trauma, grief, identity exploration, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply, we will move at your pace and in your direction. I also integrate other evidence-based approaches when helpful, always tailoring our work to fit your unique journey.
Healing isn’t linear, and it’s never one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you find clarity, reclaim your strength, and support your growth toward wellness and wholeness.
