Her professional experience includes work in educational settings as a school counselor, which has contributed to her holistic, practical understanding of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs across diverse environments. She believes in meeting individuals where they are, creating safe and supportive spaces that foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

Beyond her clinical work, Anahi is an emerging leader and advocate for youth and women’s empowerment. She has actively contributed to national conversations on leadership, systemic challenges, and mental health, using her voice to highlight the realities faced by young women in Belize. She is deeply committed to strengthening mental health awareness and access to services within Belize.

Anahi also collaborates with schools, organizations, and community groups to deliver workshops and training sessions that promote emotional regulation, developmental awareness, and practical strategies for everyday well-being.
